The logotype works fairly well as presented, but I strongly suspect it will fail to scale well—particularly at smaller sizes. The design probably needs a custom treatment that "hints" the graphic element (the 1/4" amp wire + plug) so it still reads when the logo is very small. The very tight letter/line spacing will probably also need to be opened up to accommodate smaller sizes.
