This is a great start. I think I'd like to see a version of this boxer jabbing with 1 of his arms. It will not only compliment the title of the game, but it will create more depth if the arm is pointing in toward the corner of the ring.
Do you think the company name should be more prevalent? I'd also think the opposite of the 'design by'. Shouldn't this be more subtle, maybe placed in the black bar toward the bottom of the page?
I would also consider showing a different fighter in the spine, likely in a fighters stance or boxing an opponent. If I saw this game on the shelf, I'd think the number of characters to choose to box with is limited.
