First thing I notice is the lack of content, but probably this is not the case here ... because you probably are in the early stages of the design.
The main menu doesn't have enough contrast and on some monitors, because the color is so similar to the background, might not be readable, especially if your target is 25-70, a lot of the old people could have sight problems.
Your call to actions are not showing enough, I think your call to actions on the home page are "view our Accommodation" and "view Availability" and the second area as importance is What's On. Now if that's the case here, you should make the first call to actions pop some more.
I would make the logo bigger, I think it's to small ... it feels lost up there.
