• As others have mentioned, that header font isn't great. It looks a bit odd in the smaller font sizes with the anti-aliasing on it. Also unless you are doing the headings as images, or using TypeKit, and users without that font installed won't see it.

• Where are your links? I'm guessing they exist, but there's nothing on them to show it. They need an underline, bold type, or generally something that makes people know they can click it.

• The 'Richard Miles - Planning Marketing...' title at the top should maybe line up with the vertical center of the logo to it's left.

• The phone number looks a bit lost just sat there on it's own. Maybe something more wordy 'Call 510-823-8040 for a FREE consultation'.

• The spacing between the boxes of content is inconsistent. Try keeping the same widths on the right and bottom margins of the boxes. At the moment there's more space to the right than there is underneath.

• Same positioning note applies to the text in that big heading image. Keep it consistent. Vertically center the text so there's not a big gap underneath and small gap at the top (this applies to the first one only, on the second and third I'd say the positioning is ok).

• Add a title to the country flags explaining what it is (different languages? different offices for different countries?). Something like 'Choose your language', or 'Select your country'.

• Why are two of the most important things hidden away down in that footer? Schedule an Appointment and Testimonials are two things that you should really push to get new clients in. If it was me I'd have a nice big 'Schedule an Appointment' button underneath the 'Launch a new product...' header text in that image.

• The footer text on the left doesn't look right to me. The biggest problem here goes back to the lack of link highlighting, but maybe try putting the Copyright notice in a lighter shade to the links, as it's not that important. Something in between each link such as a vertical line, as in the top nav, would also help.
