The design is nicely structured but it looks pretty similar to many of the free business templates you see being given away at the moment. It would benice to see something a bit more creative.
That said, it does work so maybe it's not that important. My points are below:
As people have mentioned, the fonts are non standard so won't display as you have them.
Might be nicer with a bit more margin around the icons.
There's no call to action. What should people be doing when they come to this site? Stick a button in the top section to give them somewhere to go.
Is that your real phone number? I'd add a country code as I have no idea where you're based - and since we're online you want as many people to contact you as possible.
You say the objective is to start a meeting/ conversation with the new client, but that's not mentioned once on the homepage. If that's what you want to do then tell people how as simply and clearly as possible.
It looks like you help people launch businesses, so maybe add some proof of this on the homepage?
In the menu you have an "examples" option. I think portfolio or clients are better recognised... but that may be my personal experience
The lines between the menu items are rather overpowering, I would make the colour lighter - or maybe even remove them entirely.

1
main menu
Main menu can be a bit more interesting, and the phone number needs more attention.

2
Space the icon a bit
try to float the title to like the content and let some more space for the icons
-
3
title out of place
Try some different color and maybe a border bottom like the one you have in the footer

it looses it's focus
Because of the big images that are good the logo looses it's focus, I think you can fix that by adding some more height to the header, and if it's necessary, for the first fold, make the height of the big pictures smaller

Thank you. Re: "Examples" - portfolio implies more of a design collection, I think; what do you think of "Case Histories" instead?
