Hi,
At the moment I'm getting the feeling of a site that's trying to be quite up to date in it's looks and layout, but is being held back by some quite dated design choices.
Here's a couple of points I've picked up on. Hope they're of some use.
I like the light look, but not sure about that grey gradient. It has a slightly dated look about it. Maybe try lightening the grey a little to make it more subtle.
You seem to have lots of different shades of green going on. The text at the top, the horizontal rule, the call to action buttons, and that feature box in the middle. Try keeping them the same shade to help with a more consistent look.
The shadows on the arrow boxes in the middle make it look cheap and tacky. They also don't make sense from a lighting point of view (the green casts a shadow on the purple, implying it's higher up, yet the shadow underneath the green box is the same as the purple box). Try either cutting the opacity, or even completely removing the shadow and just having it flat. Less is more!
I'd also tone down that bevel effect on the edge of the arrows, again gives quite a dated and amateur look to it. If you are going to have a bevel on them, try and make sure you keep the light direction the same as any other bevelled objects (so the bevel direction on those boxes should match the ones on the green buttons)
The tagline under the logo is a bit too illegible (not sure if thats how it is, or if it's the screenshot compression).
Keep margins and widths consistent. The text in the coloured boxes has a very odd looking alignment, and in the case of the right hand two there is more space at the top than at the bottom, when I'm guessing you were going for a centered look.
- Also all the content itself has odd margins. The heading and first paragraph align with the logo, then the coloured boxes jump way out to the left, then comes back in again, but further than the first bits and goes way to the right. Those two grey boxes could simply be wider to bring them in line with that first header/paragraph.
The positioning of the heading and first paragraph shifts between the two screenshots. Again, keep this consistent.
The green buttons down in the grey boxes sitting half out of the box doesn't look right. I can see what you're going for, but if you want the half out look, make sure the positioning is right so that it goes through the center. Maybe try extending the grey box down to surround just the button, with some rounded corners, so it looks like a tab.
Hope these help :)

These are very helpful comments, thanks. Check back for round 3 next week!
