Better than the old design, but quite a different step along.
The light background looks good, but I don't like the grey gradient at the top - a solid white would work a lot better as the text would have more contrast.
The drop shadows on the arrows look a bit cheap, and even dirty. Make them much more subtle.
It's not immediately clear what the website is for. The descriptive text is in the top paragraph buts you need to read to find it - and since people don't read (they scan) the headline should be where it's placed.
There's no consistency with the margins and spacing. For instance the text in the arrows has large padding at the top and hardly any at the bottom. Shift the text up a bit to balance things.
There's no vertical rhythm. The text is plonked in random places. I think I suggested this before but go for a nice neat three column layout with consistent vertical alignment and it will look a lot more professional.
What is the goal of the page? There's lots of buttons, so maybe work out which one you want people to focus on the most, and then make it more prominent (bigger/ bolder).

Thanks. A lot of good advice and feedback. Check back for round 3.
