The whole layout looks great, there are just some subtle things that may improve your site. The gradients are a little outdated, and the drop shadows seem a bit too harsh (three steps; green, purple, sand).

The buttons are a little outdated, perhaps google some photoshop tutorials to achieve a more glossy feel. The green color for link buttons on the top and bottom nav. may be too much. Perhaps you can try a dark gray, or work up the actual header and footer gradients a bit. Try making them darker so the audience focuses on the body more. That green seems to be used for your branding, but you don't want to over do it! I do like how you use it for the CTA's.
