i like it with light background (option3)- but still the green/purple/brown combination arrows are making it look 'cheap' (with the kind of bevel effect you currently have). you can try a bit muted shades of these.

for the 'advertise, agencies....' boxes, overlapping green boxes as a design element is unnecessary.

may be try a bit flatter design of button- may be bigger but with less bevel effect.
