    Change the navigation, it's too heavy

    I like the design, I like the images used. The only thing that's not 'right' for me is the navigation. The font is too heavy or the fonttype is just not right.

    I recommend using the fontsquirrels font-facekits (http://www.fontsquirrel.com/fontface). They are easy to use and have a large diversity of fonts.

    On the page of 'Increase sales, donations, revenues and profits' I'd change the arrow, now it looks a bit cartoonish. Maybe the line should have a constant width?

    Main menu can be a bit more interesting, and the phone number needs more attention.

    Space the icon a bit

    try to float the title to like the content and let some more space for the icons

    Try some different color and maybe a border bottom like the one you have in the footer

    I love the images

    This images tell a lot of thinks so this has a good impact for your users

    it looses it's focus

    Because of the big images that are good the logo looses it's focus, I think you can fix that by adding some more height to the header, and if it's necessary, for the first fold, make the height of the big pictures smaller
