I'm not sure what the brand is and I don't speak spanish (is it spanish?) so can't understand the website however below is what I think.

You need to think about the purpose of the website and the message you are sending, so keep these ideas in mind:

    1) What is the purpose of the website? 2) What elements of the website are you trying to relate in the logo?

At the moment I think the logo looks like the elements you see on the weather on the tv. It doesn't seem to relate to the concept of technology at all.

Actual critiques on the existing logo are:

    1) The edges where the sun meets the cloud look messy and confused. Reducing the amount of rays on the sun and pushing it around a bit will simplify it. 2) the bottom edge of the clouds has a sharp corner, which isn't attractive. Rounding it off will give it a more organic look tying to the nature influence you mentioned. 3) The type is ok, but a bit boring, and the gradient doesn't fit the flat look of the rest of the logo

Really I think the logo concept needs a bit more thought. Unfortunately, as I said before, I am not sure what the logo is for so I have had to guess based upon your brief description.

My site is in Portuguese (Brazil). My site creation services to sell soon, and the translation is the logo: logo and brand. I do not have many "goals" to create a logo for this my site, as a logo for a site for creating logos not have many rules right? Just thought I'd be pretty visually, and pass the user the confidence that I create logos simple and beautiful! thanks!
