In the image space you have the children, a title, rotating images, a description, and an advertisement for a book in the corner. seems like a bit much. You may just need to add some breathing room for some of those spaces
- perhaps try some different fonts for the tabs or slogan, it will make things a little more contemporary than just using arial everywhere.
- your footer is bigger than your main content area. It seems to me that you would want to give the most space to the most important information.
