This needs a lot of help. I will try to be helpful.
Purpose: The goal of this entire website is for people to click that little underlined link "click here" under Request a fastQuote. First of all "click here" is very 1996! Don't do it! INSTEAD: a nice big button. If you can't make one, buy it from a stock photo site. Put the text and image at the top under the header.
Originality: it looks dated. Check out other sites in the same business and look for design conventions.
Engagement: The world background distracts from the text. The body font is not readable (times new roman?). Sans-serif such as Arial is much more readable. Bold titles not body copy.
Design: Ouch. There is too much to say here and I think said enough.
