Suggestions:

1) There's too much to read here....giving so much info on home page only confuses the user and causes user to leave the site.

2) You need to ensure that in less than 20 seconds, users know what exactly this site is all about and how they can benefit from it.

3) "TSM Associates is" should be "TSM Associates are"

4) "OK. Your site interests me. What do I do? Sign up? Request more Info?..Place this button on the upper right portion below the menu so that its easy for users to find it.

5) Your "Request a Fast Quote" is of same color as the other two buttons. Ideally your call for action button should be of different color and should be visible to user within 5 seconds when the home page loads.

6) You can place your fax number at the bottom of the page and it won't be frequently used by the users.

7) Put an image of happy marketing execs (as they are your target market) below the menu. Users need to see that this site is for them. This image will be useful in connecting users with the site.

8) Its difficult to read menu text. Either change menu color or text color.

9) Remove the three small header images as they are not useful at all.

10) "Give us your feedback" button is not blending well with site. Change button color and align it properly with the lower section.

11) Increase font size of "Home | About Us|.." links. They are too small to read.

12) "Contact Us" is used twice on the same page...one as a button and other as a link on the menu. Remove one of these.

13) There are just too many news items. Reduce it to just 3 to 5 max.

14) Your company logo style is just too old. Try revamping the look for a new look.

15) Instead of "Biopharmaceutical Marketing Consultants" just mention what you do in 3 to 4 words. That way it looks more interesting.
