Home Page Suggestions
1) Try to list advantages to tenants in bullet format on the home page and then use More info link in each bullet (if required) for additional details. This way, with less things to read, it helps potential investors to get the advantages in less than 30 seconds.
2) To increase your credibility, instead of "Click here to view our interactive map.." give names of few very prominent properties and then put "Click here to view more" link. This way, it creates confidence in the mind of the investor.
3) I believe your call to action button is "Get to know us". If that is the case, make it stand out from rest of the site so that user knows where to click. Making it different color and little bigger can really help.
4) Alignment issue in "For your convenience please login..." and "Larry Krauss, CEO"...you might to left aling "For your convenience.." to align correctly with "Larry ..." label.
5) Who cares what your team believes...I want someone to manage my property, can you help me? Show me how you can be useful to me.
6) May be you might want to place phone number and email address on right top so that users does not have to search for it.
For Map Page: Instead of "To view a property ,click the orange bullets." use the legend symbol and then write - View Property
Similarly, use the symbol of "To view properties in a city, click the area in the orange circles." and then write - View Properties in City.
This helps user understand and associate the things faster.
