Hi Steven,
No clue what the first reviewer was on about, if I went onto an ebay merchant's page and was looking for a specific hose, I'd want to see:
- BIG IMAGES, so you know exactly what you're getting.
- CHOICES, which you've done a great job with.
- MERCHANT TRUST, don't know the rating of this particular merchant, but the quality statement says it all.
The only suggestions I have from my side are:
- Make the Product description stand out more (kit/includes). Maybe invert the colors, so the font is red and 2 px larger?
- Bring up Lifetime Warranty to 1st/2nd place or even separate into it's own graphic?
- Use the footer. Not sure how much leeway you have with ebay in terms of URL's, etc. but I'd definitely throw in a link to one pager with testimonials from buyers, nothing fancy. Maybe even a bit about the merchant himself/herself.
Good job though, really like it!
Cheers
Noel

What do you think of the second picture? Updated it a bit after your review.

Hi Noel, great point on the kit/includes. I've always had the thought in lists that you should leave a good selling point to the last line, as that's what users remember, but the point is valid. I'll probably create a graphic for it instead. Testimonial idea for the footer is good, I'll give that a go. I always find it's quite hard trying to persuade buyers on eBay as you need to work around their layout and rules. Great review cheers!
