Hmmm, Lindsay what to say... There's a bit of work to do...
I'll just list them out:
Home Page:
- Logo - This isn't that appealing in fact it looks like it was done in MS paint, the name is good it's mainly the fonts, that I have an issue with.
- Background Image - it's certainly edgy
- Colors - these aren't really that great they work but they also clash - use this tool http://pictaculous.com/
- Typography - Headings / Nav font is pretty ugly try verdana / helvetica
- CAPS - don't use them
Portfolio Page
Blue Link box - this needs to be hidden in the CSS
Order of Portfolio - Need to look at what you want to focus on, I would suggest grouping the likes of the Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign and Photography into a bundle, or have WEB / PRINT / LOGOS etc
Contact Page
Needs a Captcha - if you don't have one you will get spammed to death
Footer - where it go?
Overall it has legs, add some more design technique do a bit more research and get a little more up to date on the design and then I think it will begin to walk.
