Honestly I'm having a hard time picking just the right stuff to nitpick on because I really like the layout and the idea. Everything is well placed, the graphic is neat (which made me chuckle... because our own website uses a similar illustration, but a little less colorful: link text
My main "beef" is with two areas of the site. The first is the left column. Wile you have substantial white space on the right side of the page, the left column seems a bit cramped. The button (submit my site) is harder to read and due to it's size is hard to "pin" as a button. We expect buttons to be of certain size - you should cater to those expectations. The bullet points and spacing around that list also could use some work.
The second part is the bottom before and afters. I would suggest removing the names of the companies and making the screens of even size. I would also suggest making the "banners" across the top right corner to be of the same color for all before's and all after's.
Add lightbox functionality to allow the user to expand the screen capture. A really light, slight drop shadow border around each capture would give it depth and dimension.
Other than that I don't have anything - you're on the right path.

Richard Banfield commented:Good comments Aurimas. I like the expanding screenshot idea. Makes me think we should laso do an auto screenshot function like Concept Feedback does when you enter a URL of the site you want reviewed.

1
Header
Push the main tagline down below the header to cater for a possible navigation, and to clearly define the header of the website.
-
2
Call to Action Panel
I'd push this down below the bullet points as a horizontal row

3
Smaller Graphic
Could make the graphic a little smaller so that it lines up with the left set of bullet points. Your main tagline would site above this, likely horizontally and center aligned.

1
Divider
Create some sort of clear definition between the main banner graphic, and the portfolio section. Currently, this part looks like a simple H2 following some intro content.

2
Client Name
The heading for the client name is a little strange as it doesn't cut across both screenshots. Consider extending it all the way to the right, or lose the background color and have a simple border-bottom.

More Footer
I hope that's not the end of the footer. The top area seems to have so much effort put into it, but the footer seems like a disappointing afterthought. Even if you intend not to have a top navigation, do keep a good footer with the necessary legal info and links, about and contact information. The footer should be light text on a dark background (not unlike the CF site) for a clear definition as well.

The illustration on your site is great. I like the idea of being able to lure clients into a lair and then strapping them into a big machine to scan their brains. Lots of fun.
