If I where on your team I would suggest stripping this down ridiculously (Think original Google page)and building it up again piece by piece and Absolutely painstakingly ask whether it is necessary to have - (more stuff) and by necessary i mean does it help get people using my service.

    Hard to Read

Remove the text effects here. It is only making this section hard to read.

    Why is this a dropdown?

I'm assuming this is supposed to be a search box. If so, remove the down arrow at the right. Also add a search button to the left of it.

    Learn more

Users may be interested in learning more about the service before giving it a shot. It would be helpful to provide a smaller "Learn More" button next to Try it Now!

    Rethink wording

Cheap and Quick tend to imply something was not done thoroughly. Perhaps you could use Affordable and Accurate.

Swap this process with the video above.

This image help explain what your site is about more than the video above it. Chances are people won't watch the video, but the will see this picture. Switch the places of this process and the video.

    Tagline

Adding a tagline to the logo can go a long way to help a new user understand what the website is about. Adding something like "Reliable user testing" could really help.
