Noel - great job, the bottom part of the cart is great. Nice typography, strong bold colors, good layout and clear message. Nothing to change there.
The front - I would use your little icon and create a pattern which I would then do either letter press on, or a layer of gloss on top just for the red part of the icon. I would also probably work with the colors and change the colors of the icon across the front...
These guys use patterns in a lot of their work: http://www.logoorange.com/company-logo-design-1.php
I had another link which I can't find for the life of me, but it was a sample of some of the top corporate design firms where they show everything from business cards, to letterheads, patter use in interior design of their offices and more... maybe someone has it bookmarked. It was on smashing or abduzeedo - I'm not sure.
Anyway, a pattern or texture will do wonders for the other side of the card and will be timeless and classic, no matter where or when. A business card is not the medium where you can effectively show off your photography, and especially good photography such as yours.
Btw - are you on flickr?

Hi Aurimas,
Thank you for the feedback, it's always been helpful :)
Great idea on the repeating pattern. I still really want to give this concept a shot so I'll print out a couple hundred, but at the same I'm realizing the need for a more professional / general purpose card, where your idea fits in perfectly. I'm going to play around with it and come back with a few ideas. Thanks a lot for the links, I hadn't seen the logorange page yet!
I'm by all means on flickr, hit me up, just uploaded some Bali pics the other day (can only recommend that place)... http://www.flickr.com/photos/noelinthebahamas/
Thanks again,
Noel
