Great photos. However, placed together, they are quite busy really. I cannot concentrate on a single picture - except the girl with the flower on her ear. And the size are quite small: I cannot tell what is the bottom left image. The beautiful sunset over the sea photo also slightly blend into the sea with the couple in it.

If I might suggest: Have less photo. Vary the photo size, bigger size for the ones that you like to be the focal point. Don't put sky and sea on top of each other. Have color palette if possible (e.g. blue and orange, or black and white).

I love your company logo by the way.
