Agreeing with the others, I think the biggest improvement would be to center the ball on top of the logo. It does seem a bit..off where it is.
To be honest, I love the colour selection. It's warm and inviting. The overall design is also impressive and professional, in my opinion. If I were to see it at a site or on a business flier, I'd probably think "Oooh. That's unique. I like it."
I do think a lighter colour for the main font might be nice, though. There's too little contrast between the dark letters and the background.
Other than that, I like it. :)
