The water background color is a bit off. Assuming the logo color is fixed, the border should match the logo color scheme.

Also the water swirls are too prominent and distracting. I would soften it.

You could get some ideas from: http://www.conceptfeedback.com/concept/3952/guppy-website-v-3/

The center section is fine, although I would go with a softer grey font to match the about icon.

You're right, the logo color is fixed. Looking through a color scheme from http://colorschemedesigner.com/ brought me pretty horrid colors (the original color is #00acef). I decided to go more saturated to liven it up.

I'm not going to lighten up the grays. According to http://www.snook.ca/technical/colour_contrast/colour.html my grays are barely passing the WCAG standards.

Yeah that water swirl looks pretty cool, but I agree it's a little distracting. I'll mess around with it.

Thanks for the feedback, very helpful.

Yes the logo needs alot of help and the design is not very effective. Need a more stylized logo of floss and a tooth or just the floss. The water photograph doesn't look right with the design. It cliché been used to many times.
