Hi Kyle,

This version is graphically much better then the previous one. You are going in the right direction. First option is better.

Few issues:

1. Submit article button should be the most visible button on the page. At the moment it's hidden between Contact and Login :)

2. Rating is too wide IMHO. What is the difference between 6 and 7? I don't feel this difference and I bet others do not also.

3. Tagline still needed :) but I know you are working on it. It has to differentiate this service from so many similar and promise the value.

4. I'm not sure you should use the same style of buttons in the categories main menu and in the top menu.

5. Page title is needed - Users have to know where they are and to see it on the active button is not enough.

6. Any paging? Is there more than 10 results? If there is more than you need paging.
