i do like first one better overall.. however, bubbles i like in the second one better.. 'laundry services' in second option is kind of 'detached' to the logo.. i would prefer font used is the first one, when i read 'clean' i really think - clean.
bubbles with bevel looks like balloons and i think of a 'party supply store'.. i would introduce a 'thread' somehow in the image, may be between the text.. that would help it relate more to the clothing and laundry..

Ha ha... bloody good idea, I was thinking about adding in pegs, but wasn't sure how to go about it, maybe I'll hang the font off a thread!
