I like the look of it. In my experience, I and the people I know tend to buy either in person or at trusted places online. Perhaps you could add a "reviews" section with reviews from trusted online sources and customers for credibility. Or you could try stressing to your customers how important it is that they recommend you to others. I think Leef just needs to become a bigger name. P.S. Maybe you could add an Ubuntu Linux option (I would opt for that) -- that won't cost you anything.

I wanted to add Ubuntu, would have been cool for internet street cred, but unfortunately my supplier only adds Vista and XP :(
I agree with the credibility thing. I guess I'm just hoping it looks as professional as possible and that helps.
