I like the color scheme, but I think you have too many circles going on at the same prominence level in your logo. I would decrease the opacity on the other circles so the O in OSG stands out more prominently. As it stands, just changing the color and the weight of the O doesn't make it stand out enough.

For the stationery, I would also decrease the opacity of the circles on the right side of the page, and maybe stick them behind the blue bar on the bottom margin to give a better illusion of depth. It would also help for legibility.

agree with maurice regarding they main circles on the page and their opacity - be careful they don't interfere with the page's contents

Alignment of tagline to end of 'g'

I much prefer the positioning of the tagline now but the end of it looks like it's just passing the end of the 'g'

Circles to be knocked back a bit

The 'osg' isn't reading so well here as the circles are so prominent

    Not sure about this bit

I can't decide if I like this bit in the circles or not. There are already three areas of copy with the address top right, title and numbers plus the logo - in terms of design tidyness I'd put this information with something else as it's all fighting with each other for attention and I don't know what to look at first. Also it's making the circles look a bit cluttered. It's so hard when you have lots of info to put in such a small space.

Why is the logo on the black background used here?

I think this would work better with the logo on white on the envelope.

    Love the letter design

Have you done a proof just to check how the black text of the letter will read over the top of your circle background. Am sure you have but can see that if the circles are a touch too dark then legibility will be impaired but this looks really lovely and I like the way they cut into the footer. Maybe it's not necessary to have the circle around the logo at the top but overall I really like this.
