Logo7.jpg is most modern and would be an interesting contruction logo. I think the other ones like logo18 and logo5 are good, but I feel they fit more with retail and outwear. I think you need to lose the reflection, because this logo will probably be going on a truck, and I'm not sure how a vinyl sticker will hold the gradient reflection.
Also, I would play around with the font for construction. I personally like the font choices, but I'm a female. Maybe you could play between the words Bear and Valley and make Bear more masculine, and keep Valley as femine. After all, when it comes to building things, such as houses, there's always a woman somewhere telling a man what to do : )
Lastly, I would work with the V shape for the valley. It seems slightly akward with the bear standing in there. Have you read the Da Vinci Code? When I first saw it all I could think of was the Chalice.. so maybe you want to think about that moving forward.

I will work on a few more ideas with logo7. I like your thoughts and everyone else's, so I'll definitely incorporate that. I hate when I can't get into the design. I need to go build something, maybe then I'll be a little more inspired!!! Thanks soooo much for your input.
