I think the second one is the most unique and caught my eye more than the others. The ones with the bear in the mountain just seem a little weird to me. I would probably avoid using construction in your logo if you don't want to base the business on it.
I might try using some negative space as well, see my design. I think it needs a little more balance somehow, but I think you have a good unique and memorable mark going with #2.
