The overall design is great.
I feel that the blue color that you have used is too loud. It looks OK if a person is viewing it in an LCD. But most of the people do not.
And the bulleted points are not that visible due to blue background.
Change the blue color to something like the background wallpaper color of displayed blackberry mobile. That will surely ease the eyes on any moniter.
