Hi Quitrk,
You have made a decent start but the design looks completely unfinished (with regards to the 1st 2 designs). Here is what I think ou need to change:
- Where is your logo/business identity. This design does not communicate to the user that this is a business in anyway.
- Other than the navigation (which is quite simplistic) it does not seem as though you have put any thought in to the styling of your site, especialy in term of user engagement.
- When looking at the design my eyes are constantly drwn to the microsof logo as this is the only focus of the site and it dominates the design.
- The divs are really plain and the overall structure of the design does not guide the user to any heirarchy of focal points or calls to action. What is the purpose of the site?
- At the moment all text is competing for attantion because their is not much variation is font size, font weight etc.
- You could use some more images or diagrams to communicate the purpose of the site.
I think that you should really think about exactly what you want your site to achieve and concentrate on bringing these points to the forefront to the design. Plan, plan, plan.....
Sorry if this sounds harsh but I am really trying to be helpful as I can see potential in the basics of what you have done so far. 3rd design is the best by far!!!!!!!

Why
why is this here? is this an image? If so, google will probably end up ignoring the site, because it will see blank...

I don't understand why there is floating text above the main nav...

Main Navigation
Is fairly simple and doesn't really catch my eye, you want visitors to explore the site, not ignore it. Also there seems to be no 'on' state or 'hover' state... suggest also making fully across the screen and bigger

About us?
I assume that this will be on all pages? If so, I would say remove it, so it only shows up on about us page...

too much text
In all honesty, these need to have images with 3 lines of text at the most and then a read more...

Alignment & spacing
to me this looks really odd... I would move the content boxes to the middle of the page

Microsfot Partner
Move this and the contact info to the footer

This should be at the top of the page and smaller

Footer Navigation
make the footer more prominent, this just looks like an after thought

wow... this is fairly un-imaginative, looks like XP wallpaper, try something different, just because you are a Microsoft partner doesn't mean you need to reflect their OS...
