Few things:
Fonts: all kinds of fonts used, see your name on top right, your first name and last name- are you using two different fonts?- About me, the way M is designed, it is more "horror" than "paint drop"..
whenever you see a bird on sites these days, either you think of peace or twitter- this is peace i assume. but some might try to click it to see your twitter feed.
- and yes, the biggest problem you have here is your main section- all these icons and text, they need to be aligned and grouped better.
