    Rebecca,

    I do like the feel and concept behind your logo, but the color scheme is a bit too dull. You could keep the color pallet simple and subtle instead of just going with grey. If you chose to stay with the grey pallet, I would make them less saturated and bold.

    I also think that the small letters in the puzzle pieces on the front could be taken out, and allow the type to speak for itself. The simpler the design, the stronger your logo will stand out.

    As for the back, I would eliminate the text all together, as the broken type is very awkward. Let the concept of you putting the pieces of a design puzzle together speak for itself through the puzzle imagery.
