I say go for the top menu from 4.jpg, and I'd consider using a partial transparency on the background of the text boxes (like you did with the top two, for example).
I don't see the need to move the logo, but do take off those footsteps, as they don't communicate much. And if you do choose to keep the logo at the bottom, make sure to put the actual name (IT Perspectives SRL) somewhere at the top.

why is this here? is this an image? If so, google will probably end up ignoring the site, because it will see blank...

Main Navigation
Is fairly simple and doesn't really catch my eye, you want visitors to explore the site, not ignore it. Also there seems to be no 'on' state or 'hover' state... suggest also making fully across the screen and bigger

I assume that this will be on all pages? If so, I would say remove it, so it only shows up on about us page...

In all honesty, these need to have images with 3 lines of text at the most and then a read more...

wow... this is fairly un-imaginative, looks like XP wallpaper, try something different, just because you are a Microsoft partner doesn't mean you need to reflect their OS...
