I like how your color scheme mimics the Microsoft site. It's instantly recognizable as being associated with Microsoft's brand. A few suggestions.
1) Put the logo at the top. 2) Just my personal preference, but I'm not a fan of transparency on websites. It can be difficult to read. Also, web users don't want to read every line of text on your site, it's up to the designer to follow certain design principles to show the user what is most important to read. The location of the transparent text areas tells me that the text is important but the transparency itself, in my mind, pushes the text to the back of the design and tells me that it's just excess information and that I'll be able to find the information I want much faster by reading the 4 white blocks of text. An exception, I like what you did with the transparency on the far right "Microsoft Certified Partner" 3) I would consider reducing the amount of text in those four white blocks to 2-3 sentences and increasing the size of the title and the text by a bit more. I would consider these call-to-action blocks that lead to more information on other pages. It minimizes reading time while still giving your users enough information to make the decision to continue to browse your site for a solution. Consider using a very-clean icon set to portray what you want to say there.
Just some thoughts, hope this helps!

Why
why is this here? is this an image? If so, google will probably end up ignoring the site, because it will see blank...
-
2
what's this for?
I don't understand why there is floating text above the main nav...
-
3
Main Navigation
Is fairly simple and doesn't really catch my eye, you want visitors to explore the site, not ignore it. Also there seems to be no 'on' state or 'hover' state... suggest also making fully across the screen and bigger

About us?
I assume that this will be on all pages? If so, I would say remove it, so it only shows up on about us page...
-
5
too much text
In all honesty, these need to have images with 3 lines of text at the most and then a read more...
-
6
Alignment & spacing
to me this looks really odd... I would move the content boxes to the middle of the page
-
7
Microsfot Partner
Move this and the contact info to the footer
-
8
Logo
This should be at the top of the page and smaller
-
9
Footer Navigation
make the footer more prominent, this just looks like an after thought

backround image
wow... this is fairly un-imaginative, looks like XP wallpaper, try something different, just because you are a Microsoft partner doesn't mean you need to reflect their OS...
