Hi there Tiffany.

Wow - you've done a great job on the design in the middle area with a very intelligent well thought out design.

My personal thoughts are as follows...

1. The condensed white out font on the blue background and all in caps I find hard to read. This I'd prefer to see in the non condensed version if it's to be all caps or preferably upper and lower case keeping the caps for the headline and byline names.

2. Redefining Market Structure today across the middle I'd like to see all either condensed or non condensed - the colour change and gradient is enough of a change for me to get the difference between the left and right sections and the change of condensed to regular is too much for me although I can see how that may make balancing the left and right areas difficult.

What may help also is closing up the white space a little so it all holds together a little more. White space isn't holding together well for me particularly in the bottom area.

Overall though I really like it :)
