I like the first one. The graphic combines the globe with a wave. More original and representative of the name than the 2nd choice. I also like the gradient blue of world. The dark surf seems a little dark. Try the gray of the second one. Or what about a green to go with the concept of the globe. It would be nice if whatever color you chose for surf was also on the left side somewhere like that arc shape that represents the edge of the wave. But very nice logo.
