Hi,
Your use of colours is nice and links are clearly visible along with header text.
The layout works and I can find anything that stands out of place.
The logo with the cropped speech bubble looks strange as it has 1 rounded edge and 3 straight, the text also doesnt work for me. The O and J make it look like someone holding their hand up, but this has no relation to the website message.
I would look at a different font and sub-logo, either make the sub logo straight edged or completely round edged. Increasing the margin for the inside text may work too.
The header, the margin for the screen shot is too small, I would make it line up with the top and bottom of your up sell text. This may not be possible if the text changes regularly, so maybe just making the margin for the screen shot the same as its right margin all the way around.
Below your blurb you have some white space that doesn't sit right with the text on the side.
The "what client are saying" is in a speech bubble, but this speech bubble makes it look lke the "Now Open" sign is saying it, which throws it.
I would split the right section in 2, "What Clients are Saying" and "We're Open For Business" with the current text below it.
The footer.
The recent posts has a line below it, but the other sections do not, this may just be an oversight in the mockup process.
The portfolio page really needs the screenshots centred and I would think about either putting a little text below/above which says the project name and website address/view options.
All the best

Good catch on the speech bubble and what the client is saying, I didn't see the comment bubble attached to the now open, but its very clear... I will make a clear distinction between both...
The portfolio section - when you rollover the thumbnails, an overlay will appear with the name of the project.
