In general, I enjoy this design. It has colors that pop and are engaging, I enjoy the logo and font, and I feel like things are laid out fairly well.
My issue with the dark blue is this: I think there is too much color going on and it becomes distracting. There are 5 colors in this work that I can see... dark blue, medium blue, sky blue, orange and white. Consider narrowing it down to 2 or 3 max. I think it will help you maintain a consistent and easily readable appearance. I also think a white background might be better in this circumstance. It would make your logo pop a lot better with its crisp and modern font.

Thanks for your suggestion of too many blue hues.... I have altered the design to have less blues - I think I am now using the main blue, darker blue, light blue from logo... The feature area has a bunch of different blues - as I want it to grab the attention of the user....
Not sure if I like the site on a normal white background.... Most of the feedback liked having the logo on a dark blue background...
