Vita:
This is great stuff. Very different look than what I usually see – I like it!
Here are a few things that I would fix:
On your scrolling buttons, the words "top" and "bottom" are not necessary. The buttons are fairly self explanatory. You have a minimal approach, and I think this would help simplify (nitpicky, I know, but hey, that's what we do, right?).
The very last thing the viewer sees (ideally) at the very bottom is Thank you for stopping by. That's fine, except for the fact that it is in a completely different typeface than anything else in your site. Sure, it matches your design motif to a degree, but since you did not incorporate it anywhere else, it looks awkward and out of place. The reason I am harping on this is because this is your last impression for your viewer - unbranded. I would take it out completely.
The position of the navigation is understandable since it stays at the bottom of the screen. However, it is not in an obvious place. First time users will have trouble finding it initially. I like your minimalistic style, but maybe you should consider a second navigation under your logo, just above the white line of your header.
The rollovers on your top buttons are cool. I think a neat added touch would be to animate those green balls going down. It would add to your scrolling theme and give a subtle reinforcement to the way you have presented your website.
Finally, the copy near the bottom of the fold, " What I do, A little bit about me, A Good Design Recipe," they need to be consistent. Make them all follow headline guidelines. In other words, capitalize the "d" in do, capitalize the first letters of "little, bit, about, me." This will make a world of difference for a professional appearance.
Overall, this is great work. There are other things, but I won't bother mentioning them as they have already been addressed in the above comments.
Hope this helps!

Christopher Gunn commented:Oh yes, top and bottom appearing with rollover is an excellent solution!

Thank you for a nitpicking. That's why I am here! I am definitely doing #1, maybe with a top and bottom text appear on roll-over only? Great tip in #2 and #5. Navigation will require me to re-think my concept. I planed the bottom navigation to be a secondary in nature, sort of a breadcrumb style, thus the less prominent position. I thought to present the straight - to - the - point (which is my work) links (3 buttons on top) at the home page, then user would scroll through and resort to the bottom navigation only if needed. But the feedback I am getting makes me think it is not really working this way. I greatly appreciate your suggestions!
