Great stuff here! I will nitpick on a few things for you:
2 is out of the question. The brown gradient effects on the top of the wrapper are far inferior to your other two options. The lack of the swirly backgrounds cheapens the brand. Besides, the snowflakes are too cliche.
3 is great, but still not the best. You are focusing too much on the red and green colors and stifling the effect that the brown can give.
1 is the one I would go with. The red and green are used more as pseudo accent colors, which solidifies your brand with the brown and white. What's more, the bows are more prominent since they share in these vibrant colors. This complements your script and swirl style.
A couple of things that bother me (extremely nitpicky):
Give collection - the word collection is too close to the chocolate.
The negative space below the text "all natural..." bothers me a bit, but I guess it works okay. I would suggest playing with the position of "all natural..." Don't bring it all the way down, but find a happy medium. Another possible solution would be to work in some more subtle swirls into that negative space.
Hope this helps.
