The opening page is really nice, I love the full width image with the elements overlays. The only issue I have is that the text "meditate. live purely" etc is a little lost, and could benefit from a transparent background like the elements below. The slider control text in the top right is rather hidden, could use a brighter font to let people know the sliders move.
The wood panelling background is a little too much and doesn't fit in well, especially with the grey sub navigation buttons at the bottom. If all the text is going to be on the left on the interior pages you could take a picture of a plate on a place mat with its knife and fork, glass etc next to it as in a restaurant and use this on the right. If they use nice table clothes then you could put that in to give the background on the left a little texture, but would aim towards a lighter background to make the restaurant seem brighter and more welcoming.
