I think it's pretty good aesthetically speaking, but I have a hard time deciding what to look at first. Nothing catches my eye.
What's good: 1) Nice photos. Photos will make or break a restaurant site 2) Good color palette.
A few suggestions: 1) Stick with one menu (didn't even see the one at the bottom at first). As well, the top menu could be larger. 2) The dining room looks nice, but I go to restaurants to eat. I want to see food 3) Optimize for what people are coming to the site for (menu, directions, etc)
