the only reason i'm reviewing this version is that i reviewed the previous ones.
i really like it, i think it's very busy but i reckon that's part of the look you're aiming for.
prehaps define the header instead of just being part of the main content.
another thing is that the lower part of the footer is basically a big gap. you can lose that and the colour of the footer is not really related to the rest of the site
