The design has definately evolved where we're now talking minor details and personal opinion - my personal opinion does follow some other that the top banner is somewhat distracting from the eye track on the landing page. So my comment about the core values relates to that - it's great you're offering a discount for more items ordered, however that's not the point - you're offering quality design products so focus on those.
If anything move the "our artwork is designed by designers" tag to the top and flip flop with the current top tag line - and make it a little subtle on the RHS.
