Bravo, very nice site I really like the integration os color and gradients, plus some of the graphics are great and I think they come together seamlessly.
The only thing is there seems to be a lack of vertical alignment. The first page for example the there are the top navigation then the picture of the O'Grady website set in then what clients said set in again... Then lastly the projekts header pumps back in but doesn't even align with the O'Grady picture. I think adding the horizontal grid is the only thing that this needs to be ready to go :)
