First, good color choices and I like your typography for the most part.
I don't know if you've ever heard of the rule of thirds but you really need to apply it to this design. It is so cluttered to my braid because there are no global lines for my eyes to follow. Just some simple tweaking would improve the usability and and visual appearance of this site.
