This is a safe, corporate design. That's good for your target audience, however, it is too safe. This will get lost in the mass of corporate logos already out there. I would concept some more on your logo element. Try using the letters M and C and forming a logotype that way – similar to your previous concept with the m in the circle, but a bit more involved. Also, drop the colors and work in black and white for now (or better, sketch it out). You can come back to the colors once you hammer out the details of the logo itself. Final note - the typeface needs to be reconsidered. Try blending a sans serif with a serif. Judging by the mood of what you appear to be going for, you may want to consider something with a tall x height. It will give it a friendly, open appeal (not too corporate scary).
