I think the third concept has some possibility but still needs a lot of work. The font that you chose isn't really working, nor is the differently sized words. The object needs some interest, you chose pretty bland colors. It could use some gradients, strokes and shadows to make it much more interesting.

I agree with most of the review. However, tricking up the symbol just for a bit of visual interest won't mean much unless you make it speak more about the kind of company they are/ work they do/ industries they serve. So, give it a bit more conceptual thought before settling on the final form.
