The design is nice, it has a very "go green" kind of feel which is nice for a paper company and a good direction but it's not coming across as paper due to the photo content. Part of the problem is the photos you are using at the top. I think if you change the top design around it's going to feel more solid and also fulfill your purpose. Otherwise I agree with the other comments about the logo placement and such. Photos just need to say......papel more....
